Another lie in, of sorts, after a great evening with the boys at the Folly Inn. We took our time over breakfast and I was torn over where to go today as the wind looked very gentle and the tides didn’t really want to help over to Chichester until much later in the day. We had a decent lie in this morning and Helen suggested we go for a run along Poole Harbour. We ran for about 5km along the shoreline towards Sandbanks. When we got back the boys had already showered and we breakfasted. Too much to ask for them to have it ready I suppose.

Raining but not so windy
The food at the Master Builders was good but not brilliant. The historic setting was fabulous though. We breakfasted very causally and it was clear from the outset that it was likely to rain for most of the day – albeit not heavily. We were in no rush.
